When will my order dispatch?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, unless it is a public holiday or weekend then the order will be dispatched on the next business day. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will advise an ETA.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, we will advise the tracking details to your email address provided. If you have an account with us you can login to view your order or delivery status.
Am I able to pick up my order from your store?
Yes, your order can be collected from our store during business hours, Monday to Friday after 9am and before 5pm. We are located at Unit C6, 101-115 Rookwood Rd, Yagoona in Sydney NSW.
How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
If you require any changes to your order, please calll, email or contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your details, Order Number and changes you would like to make.
An item I want to order is out of stock. Can I still place an order?
If an item/s is Out of Stock, please call or contact us and we can advise an ETA or discuss what options are available. Some items will be on backorder awaiting delivery or some items may need to be ordered in.

I have received my order and it is damaged. What do I do?
Contact us with your order details, a detailed description and photos of the damaged goods/parcel.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we deliver to any PO Box address in Australia.
Do you offer bulk discounts or special pricing?
Yes, we offer discounts on large tape orders and we also have special pricing for resellers, government departments and not for profit organisations.
