Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia-wide using Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please, DHL Express, Australia Post Express Post and Parcel Post, TNT/FedEx Road and TNT/FedEx Overnight Express, and a few other carriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product, as well as your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and, once selected, will be added to the order total before you proceed to checkout. Orders are dispatched within one business day, and shipping times are estimated to be between one and nine business days, depending on your location within Australia. Aramex Couriers offers insurance of up to $1,500 ex GST per order, and Couriers Please provides insurance of up to $1,000 ex GST less the first $100 ex GST, so $900 ex GST per order. If there's damage to your order or it does not arrive and is declared lost by the courier, this insurance coverage will apply to you. If the item is damaged or doesn't work, it must be reported immediately so we can arrange a return once the problem or damage is confirmed, and send a replacement. If the order is lost, it must be reported as soon as possible so we can lodge a loss report with the carrier, which will be confirmed. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will file a claim with their insurance and reship the item. Please ensure all goods are delivered correctly and undamaged before you sign for the goods with the delivering courier. It is more difficult to allocate responsibility for damaged goods to the courier once they have been signed for, as the small print states that you are signing for the item in good condition. Unfortunately, unless you request Australia Post with insurance via email, you are not covered by more than their $100 cover for all shipments. DHL Express and TNT/FedEx Overnight are the quickest and most reliable courier services.
Customer Service Policy
Stutch Data Services is committed to providing exceptional customer service and supplying quality, genuine products. We're trying to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock, the descriptions are accurate, and the pricing is accurate and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1 and 9 business days. However, suppose an ordered item is not available or we are unable to supply your order for any reason. In that case, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
Exchange/Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We are not obliged to give refunds if you change your mind for any reason once the goods have been packed for shipping. If you have ordered the wrong item, we can accept returns as long as the goods are returned in a saleable, as-new condition and have not been opened or used. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the costs of freight when we send the original order and the return freight costs. We are not responsible for returned goods that have been damaged by your freight forwarder when sending them back so please wrap them well. In some cases, items may be deemed non-returnable, depending on the specific item, as we sometimes face the same limitations imposed by our suppliers. This usually applies when the item is not usually stocked but ordered in especially for you, or produced for you individually, like custom tape barcode labels that others cannot use as they are individual to your needs. You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty or DOA, have been wrongly described, or are different from the product you purchased on the website, or don't do what they are supposed to do. Stutch Data Services usually provides an exchange for the correct goods or credit towards future purchases. All exchanges or returns should be made within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few days of receiving the goods, but no later than 30 days from the invoice date. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the majority of our goods if you find you have a problem with the product's design, manufacture, or if it just doesn't work as it should. Usually, faulty goods returns and replacements are managed by the manufacturer directly with you.
