Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, DHL Express, Australia Post Express Post, Allied Express and sometimes by others. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, and exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated at between 1-9 business days depending on your location within Australia. Fastway Couriers offers insurance of up to $1,500 ex GST per order and Couriers Please offers insurance of up to $1,000 ex GST per order, so if there are damage/s or your order does not arrive. If the item is damaged or doesn't work we can arrange a return once the problem or damage is confirmed, and send a replacement. If the order is lost we can lodge a loss report with the carrier confirmed and if they confirm the loss we claim on their insurance and ship the item again. Please ensure all goods are delivered correctly and undamaged before you sign for the goods with the delivering courier. It is more difficult to allocate responsibility for damaged goods to the courier once they have been signed for as the small print says you hare signing for the item and it is in good condition. Unfortunately unless you request Australia Post with insurance via email you are not covered by more than their $100 cover for all shipments.
Customer Service Policy
Stutch Data Services is committed to providing exceptional customer service and we supply quality genuine products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and the pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-9 business days; however in the event that an ordered item is not available, or for any reason we are unable to supply your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We are not obliged to give refunds if you simply change your mind for any reason once the goods have been packed for shipping. If you have ordered the wrong item we can accept returns as long as the goods are returned in a sale-able condition and have not been opened or used. In addition to this, you are required to cover the costs of the freight when we sent the order and the return freight cost. We are not responsible for returned goods that have been damaged by your freight forwarder. In some cases there will be a re-stocking fee, or they may be deemed non-returnable depending on the item. This usually applies when the item is not usually stocked but ordered in especially for your order or produced for you individually like custom tape barcode labels that cannot be used by others as they are individual to your needs. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or DOA, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website, or they don't do what they are supposed to do. Stutch Data Services usually provides an exchange for the correct goods, or credit towards future purchases. All exchanges or returns should be made within a reasonable timeframe. The majority of our goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if you find you have a problem with the products design or manufacture. Usually faulty goods returns and replacements are managed by the manufacturer with you directly.
