FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, unless it is a public holiday or weekend, in which case they will be dispatched on the next business day. If an item is out of stock, has less stock than ordered, or is on backorder, we will provide an ETA and discuss alternatives.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, we will send the tracking details to the email address you provided. If you have an account with us, you can log in to view your order or delivery status.

Am I able to pick up my order from your store?

Yes, your order can be collected from our store during business hours, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We are located at Unit C6, Encompass Business Park, 101-115 Rookwood Rd, Yagoona NSW 2199 in Sydney, Australia.  

How do I modify an order I have already placed?

If you require any changes to your order, please call, email, or contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your details, order number, and changes you would like to make. Please note that if we have already shipped your order with a standard courier or Australia Post, it is challenging, if not impossible, to arrange its return. 

 An item I want to order is out of stock. Can I still place an order?

If an item is out of stock, please call or contact us, and we can advise on an ETA or discuss available options. Some items will be on backorder awaiting delivery, or may need to be ordered in, but we generally stock most items. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer or EFT, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

 I have received my order, and it is damaged. What do I do?

Please use contact us with your order details as soon as possible, including a detailed description and photos of the damaged goods or parcel. We can then lodge a claim with the courier or freight forwarder. They do have time limits for claiming, so please open your parcel and check the goods straight away.

Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?

Yes, we deliver to any PO Box address in Australia if shipped with Australia Post.

Do you offer bulk discounts or special pricing?

Yes, we offer discounts on large tape orders, and we also have special pricing for resellers, government departments, charities, and not-for-profit organisations.
