The HPE LTO-5 external SAS tape drive kit/bundle comes with the tape drive, documentation, a HPE LTO-5 data cartridge, and a SAS data cable. The SAS data cable is a mini-SAS High Density (HD) SFF8644 to mini-SAS SFF8088 1.0m or it can be exchanged for a 1.0m miniSAS High Density (HD) SFF8644 to a High Density (HD) SFF8644, or to a miniSAS SFF8088 to miniSAS SFF8088 1.0m cable. The drive comes with a 3 year parts exchange support warranty from HPE. The drive can read and write to LTO5 tapes at up to 140MB/sec native or up to 280MB/sec compressed, it can read and write to LTO4 tapes and can read only LTO3 tapes.
