Perm-A-Store, manufacturer of Turtle brand transport and storage cases, warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of its use. Coverage: The warranty applies only to the original end user purchaser. “Lifetime of use” refers to the expected useful life of the product under normal use and conditions. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage to the contents of the case including loss of data associated with failure of the case. Remedy: If a product is determined to be in violation of its warranty, Perm-A-Store, will, at its option (a) repair the product (b) replace the product or (c) refund the purchase price of the product. All returns to Perm-A-Store must be authorized before shipment. Exceptions: Perm-A-Store warranties do NOT apply to product failure resulting from wear from ordinary use, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, improper adjustment, installation or maintenance, or incorrect environments. Bottom Line – if you are unhappy with your Turtle product we want to hear about it and we’ll do our best to make it right!
