Description

The Exabyte EXATAPE 160mXL 8mm Data Cartridge (307265) is a 160m D8 or DATA8 tape with up to 7GB Native/Uncompressed capacity and up to 14GB compressed capacity. The Exabyte 8mm 160m tape is Data 8 or D8 format so can be used as a video recording tape in Video8/Video 8, Hi8/Hi 8, and Digital8/Digital 8 video cameras.

Exabyte Helical-Scan 8mm D8 Data Cartridges are 160m or 525ft long tape and are designed for use in 8mm 160M cartridge drives. These include the EXB-8505, EXB8505XL and Eliant 8mm drives. The Imation D8 8mm 160M tapes can also be read in a M1 (LT) and M1 drives.
