FUJIFILM LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DATA STORAGE TAPE Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. and its affiliated distributors (“FUJIFILM”), warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of original purchase. This limited lifetime warranty extends to the original end-user purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or end-user. If any such defect (in either material or workmanship) appears during the normal life of the product, FUJIFILM’s entire liability is, at FUJIFILM’s option, either (a) repair the product, or (b) replacement of the product, or (c) refund of the purchase price of the product, which must be returned to FUJIFILM with proof of purchase, such as a purchase order, invoice or sales receipt. This warranty does not apply to failure of the product resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, improperly adjusted or maintained drives, incorrect environments or wear from ordinary use.
