LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SONY STORAGE MEDIA PRODUCTS (AIT / AIT Turbo / S-AIT / DDS / DAT72 / DLT / Super DLT / LTO / 3.5” MO / 5.25” MO / D8 / Mammoth, as Sony branded storage media) Sony Recording Media & Energy Latin America (“Sony”) warrants this product (“Product”) against defects in material or workmanship for its normal life. If Sony finds the product contains any such defect, Sony will either replace the product at no charge or refund the purchase price shown on your receipt. This limited lifetime warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and therefore is not transferable. Please keep the original copy of your purchase receipt for any future warranty claim. This warranty does not cover any damage or defect due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. To obtain warranty service in Latin America, please contact our authorized Sony reseller where the product was purchased from and return the defective item along with a report of the problem (including any error message or type of equipment in which it was used). Replacement or refund of this product as provided under this limited warranty shall be the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Sony shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect and incidental damages, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product or for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition on this product. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
