Description

The Sony Digital Video Advanced Metal Evaporated or AME DVCAM Tape Cassette PDVM-32N is a 32 minute tape and comes with it's own individual case and uses Advanced Metal Evaporated (AME) particles on their tape which are designed for use in high quality Sony HDV/DVCAM/miniDV video cameras and other brands of high quality HDV/DVCAM/miniDV Camcorders. The Sony PDVM-32N allows for 32 minutes of recording in a DVCAM and 48 minutes of recording in a mini DV video camera or camcorder.

These Sony DVCAM/DV/miniDV 32 minute PDVM32N Digital Video Cassettes are the highest quality made by Sony (except for the Master Quality Tapes) with improved electrical properties and lower error rates, they will produce excellent results. The DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) layer makes the tape 30% stronger than most DV tapes and with its special lubricant ensures excellent storage, stability and durability, even after repeated use. Sony's DVCAM for HDV tape offers high reliability and low risk in pause mode - especially in adverse temperature environments, so during Pause and Freeze Frame operations this coating really makes the difference. Along with a stronger tape, DVCAM has 50% less of a shrinkage problem than other dv tapes. Therefore this Sony DVCAM tape has excellent machine-to-machine compatibility and high reliability in long term storage situations. The Sony PDVM-32N cassette tape is 58m or 190 feet long and can be used in any HDV, Camcorder, Handycam, or Video Camera bearing the HDV, Mini DV or MiniDV logo.
