Description

The Turtle 4mm/DDS 14-tape capacity case can hold 1-14 DDS/DAT 4mm tapes in individual slots within their plastic clamshell cases. The Turtle DDS/DAT 14 capacity case is red and can accommodate DAT audio, DDS-1, DDS-2, DDS-3, DDS-4, DAT72 tapes, and their cleaning tapes. Great for storing and transporting your precious backup and archive tapes.

The Turtle 4mm case is designed with double walls for protection against impact damage to tapes, insulation against temperature extremes, and is constructed of HDPE to prevent debris contamination. They are also 4MM, DDS, and DAT-compatible and are recommended by IBM.

  • Dimensions: 11.25"L x 8.25"W x 5.5" or 25.8cm x 20.9cm x 14cm
  • Colour: Red Pad-Lockable 4mm compatible.
  • Turtle padlock TL 5020 or 6410 is a recommended accessory. Multiple padlocks can be keyed alike at no extra charge.
  • Capacity is 14 x 4MM tapes in their plastic boxes
  • Stainless steel latches
  • WARRANTED FOR LIFE AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

Warranty Information

Perm-A-Store, manufacturer of Turtle brand transport and storage cases, warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of its use. Coverage: The warranty applies only to the original end user purchaser. “Lifetime of use” refers to the expected useful life of the product under normal use and conditions. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage to the contents of the case including loss of data associated with failure of the case. Remedy: If a product is determined to be in violation of its warranty, Perm-A-Store, will, at its option (a) repair the product (b) replace the product or (c) refund the purchase price of the product. All returns to Perm-A-Store must be authorized before shipment. Exceptions: Perm-A-Store warranties do NOT apply to product failure resulting from wear from ordinary use, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, improper adjustment, installation or maintenance, or incorrect environments. Bottom Line – if you are unhappy with your Turtle product we want to hear about it and we’ll do our best to make it right!
