The HPE formerly the HP LTO5 Ultrium RW Data Cartridge C7975A has a native capacity of up to 1.5TB and a compressed capacity of up to 3TB. The HPE LTO-5 Ultrium RW Data Cartridge is suitable for read and write in all LTO5 Ultrium 5 tape drives, and also suitable for read and write in LTO6 Ultrium 6 tape drives, and read only in all LTO7 Ultrium 7 tape drives. The HPE LTO5 tape has been extreme environmental, drop, shock, and vibration tested; and has an HPE guaranteed archival life of 30 years. All the drives that use HPE LTO 5 C7975A tapes are recommended to use the HP LTO Universal Cleaning Cartridge C7978A to maintain the drive in top condition.
