This IBM LTO8 tape can therefore store up to 1.38TB per hour native/uncompressed or up to 3.24TB per hour compressed. The IBM LTO8 tape cartridges 01PL041 are the latest release with highest speed and capacity of the entire LTO ultrium family. Please note this cartridge is the same cartridge as the Lenovo branded tape, but Lenovo is the retail brand of IBM and usually more expensive!

For the option of LTO barcode labels attached to your tapes please see Application of Tape Barcode Labels for details.
